  • Please confirm your shipping address was entered correctly. If your tracking number says “Delivered”, please contact the courier service and they should be able to assist you with locating your package or filing a claim. We are not responsible for missing packages.

  • No, we are not responsible for duty or customs fees.

  • If there was an error on behalf of our warehouse, we will work with you to rectify the issue within 3 days of delivery. For example; wrong size, wrong color, damaged product (not packaging due to mail courier). The product myst be returned unworn. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt in order

  • No. Once a collection has ended, all we have left are memories :(

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size order. Please be sure to review the size charts before placing your order.

  • No we do not. Due to the nature of all of our products being handmade in house, all orders follow the same shipping protocol.

  • Please allow 3-5 days for the order to process and an additional 5-7 days for shipping. We do not ship/process orders on holidays.

  • No. Pick up is not an option.
